€4,000/ 14 DAYS+ VAT

One price. One scope. A product people can actually sign up for and pay you money through.

50% to start, 50% on delivery. No retainer, no hourly surprises.

The price excludes VAT. Romanian clients are invoiced with 21% TVA on top. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge, so no VAT is added. Outside the EU, no VAT applies.

You work directly with me — no account manager, no handover. If a project genuinely needs more than one person, I say so on the call and bring in specialists I have worked with before.

What you get

  • Authentication — email and Google sign-in, with the boring parts (verification, password resets, sessions) done properly.
  • One core user flow, built end to end. The single thing your product exists to do, working against real data.
  • Stripe payments — checkout, a billing page, and webhooks wired up so a real customer can pay you on day 14. If you do not charge customers, that slot becomes another integration of similar size: email and SMS flows, PDF generation, calendar sync, or an import from the system you use today.
  • A PostgreSQL database and an admin view, so you can read and edit your own data without calling me.
  • Deployed and live on your own domain, with error tracking switched on from the first commit.
  • The full source code in your GitHub account. Yours to keep, extend, or hand to another developer.

What you do not

  • Native iOS or Android apps. You get a responsive web app that works properly on a phone.
  • A bespoke brand identity. You get a clean, consistent interface — not a logo and a design system.
  • A second core flow. One product doing one thing well is what fits in two weeks.
  • Copywriting, content production, or SEO work.
  • Ongoing feature development after handover — that gets quoted separately.

What people have me build

Startup or established business — the shape of the work is the same: one thing, built and handed over.

A subscription product with sign-up, billing and a customer dashboard.

A booking system that replaces a phone line and a spreadsheet.

A client portal where your customers see their own orders, documents or reports.

An internal tool that turns a manual, repeated process into a few clicks.

A marketplace-shaped idea, cut down to the one side that has to work first.

A product built on top of an existing AI API, with the boring plumbing done properly.

How the two weeks run

DAY 0Scoping call

Free, 45 minutes. We agree the one core flow and write it down. If it does not fit in two weeks, I tell you before you pay anything.

DAY 1Deposit and kickoff

50% up front, and the build starts the same day. You get a repository and a staging URL immediately.

DAYS 1–12Build

A live staging link from day two and a short written update every second day. You watch it get built — no black box, no silence.

DAY 13Review round

One full pass of fixes and adjustments within the scope we agreed on day zero.

DAY 14Launch and handover

Live on your domain, code in your account, remaining 50% due.

DAYS 15–28Warranty

Anything broken inside the delivered scope, I fix free for two weeks. New features are quoted separately.

I am not the right fit if you need

  • A two-sided marketplace that only works once both sides are already full.
  • Real-time video, audio, or multiplayer.
  • Training your own machine learning models. Plugging into an existing AI API is fine.
  • Regulated fintech, healthcare records, or anything that needs a compliance audit before launch.
  • A developer sitting inside your team month after month. I build one thing, hand it over and step back — if you need someone on the inside long term, hire them.

Not sure which of these you are? Book the call anyway. Half the value of that 45 minutes is working out what the one core flow actually is.

Questions people ask first

What does the €4,000 include?
Authentication with email and Google sign-in, one core user flow built end to end, Stripe payments (or another integration of similar size), a PostgreSQL database with an admin view, deployment on your own domain with error tracking, and the full source code in your GitHub account.
Is VAT included in the price?
No. The €4,000 excludes VAT. Romanian clients are invoiced with 21% TVA on top. Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge, so nothing is added. Outside the EU, no VAT applies.
How are payments structured?
50% up front to start the build, 50% on delivery at day 14. No retainer and no hourly billing.
What happens after the two weeks?
Anything broken inside the delivered scope is fixed free for a further two weeks. New features are quoted separately. You own the code, so you can also take it to any other developer.
Do you work alone?
On a two-week build, yes — you deal directly with the person writing the code. If a project genuinely needs more than one person, I say so on the call and bring in specialists I have worked with before.

Web Development

When a project outgrows one person and two weeks, this is the stack I move to: Spring Boot for a robust multi-threaded backend, PostgreSQL for relational integrity, GraphQL to keep client data fetching sane. This is also where I bring in specialists I have worked with before — the right size of team for the job, assembled quickly, still coordinated by me.

ReactUI/UX Design

A comprehensive mobile application concept specifically designed to assist users with Down Syndrome in learning new educational topics. The app uses AI to break down complex subjects into simple, visual narratives that are easier to understand and retain.

The ChallengeMost standard educational apps are built for neurotypical users. They often move too fast, use complex words, or have cluttered interfaces that create cognitive barriers for people with Down Syndrome, making learning frustrating instead of fun.
The SolutionWe designed a custom user flow where the application acts as a bridge between complex information and the user. An AI pipeline takes a user's specific interest (like "Astronomy" or "Cooking") and generates a personalized 8-chapter "mini-story." This story uses simplified text, high-contrast visuals, and step-by-step logic to teach the concept without overwhelming the user.
NoteThis project was primarily a Product Discovery and UX Research effort. We spent significant time interviewing potential users to understand their needs before building a High-Fidelity interactive prototype in Framer to demonstrate the user journey.

I build things. That is most of it. Right now I am founding engineer at 3DAPI, a platform for on-demand 3D printing, where I touch product, infrastructure, and whatever else needs doing.

ClickerFactory is a side product of 3DAPI: a web app that turns any image you upload into a printable multi-colour keyboard clicker. I developed it alone, end to end — the upload flow, the image-to-geometry pipeline, the payments, the deployment. The team handled the marketing and the launch. Between us it drew over 2,000 backers and $100,000 in its first week, and $170,000 by the end of the first month.

That is the part worth knowing: I am used to being the only engineer on something that real people pay for. Before 3DAPI it was years of full-stack freelancing — cloud infrastructure, scalable architecture, turning client ideas into software that actually runs. An AI engineering internship pulled me into AI properly, and along the way I produced a paid 12-part React Native course for a learning platform.

The MVP work on this page is what I do on the side, for people who need something real built quickly and want to talk to the person building it.

History of
Execution

SINCE 2021Before the AI shortcut
Before the AI shortcut

I wrote my first production code in 2021, before AI assistants started hiding the hard parts of engineering. That timing turned out to matter.

I learned to build systems by hand — tuning databases, managing memory, chasing bugs line by line. So when I use modern tools, I can tell when they are wrong. That is the difference between shipping something that works in a demo and shipping something that survives real users.

It did 2,000+ backers and $100,000 in the first week, and $170,000 by the end of the first month. That is what I mean when I say I build things that hold up under real traffic and real money.

NATIONAL TV & RADIOExplaining it in plain words
Explaining it in plain words

I ran a startup through Innovation Labs 2025 and won the public vote, which put us on TVR (national television) and RFI (national radio). A few more hackathon awards along the way.

The useful part was not the trophies. It was learning to explain a RAG architecture to an audience that does not write code — which is the same skill I need when a client asks why a build takes two weeks instead of two days.

SOLO, OR NOTOne person, until it should not be
One person, until it should not be

On a two-week MVP you deal with me directly. No account manager, no handover, no one relaying your requirements to someone you never meet.

When a project genuinely needs more than one person, I bring in specialists I have already worked with — I helped assemble the team behind a €1.6M EU grant, so I know how to do it quickly and who to call. I will tell you which of the two your project is on the first call.
