This site is operated by SC CRUSADEVS SRL (“VELODE”, “I”), a company registered in Romania, VAT number RO51169781, registration J2025004171006, based in Bucharest. This page explains what personal data the site collects and what happens to it. I am the data controller for that data under the GDPR.
Form submissions are delivered by email through a Cloudflare Worker and stored in my email account. Analytics data is processed by Google. Booking a scoping call sends your details to Cal.com, under their own privacy policy. I do not sell personal data, and I do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months so I can pick up an old conversation, then deleted. Analytics data follows Google’s default retention period. Project data is kept for the duration of our contract and for as long as Romanian tax law requires records to be held.
Under the GDPR you can ask me for a copy of the data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, object to how it is used, or ask for it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and I will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
The site sets no cookies until you accept them. Accepting enables Google Analytics only. Rejecting keeps the site fully functional; nothing is tracked. Your choice is remembered in local storage, and you can change it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
